Getting Lonely At The Top

A drone operated by the Central Intelligence Agency killed al Qaeda’s second-ranking figure in the mountains of Pakistan earlier this month, American and Pakistani officials said on Saturday, further damaging a terror network that appears significantly weakened since the death of Osama bin Laden in May.
Atiyah Abd al-Rahman

An American official said that a drone strike on Aug. 22 killed Atiyah Abd al-Rahman, a Libyan who in the last year had taken over as al Qaeda’s top operational planner. Mr. Rahman was in frequent contact with Bin Laden in the months before the terror leader was killed on May 2 by a team of Navy Seals, intelligence officials have said.

American officials described Mr. Rahman’s death as particularly significant as compared with other high-ranking Qaeda operatives who have been killed, because he was one of a new generation of Qaeda leaders that the network hoped would assume greater control after Bin Laden’s death.

Thousands of electronic files recovered at Bin Laden’s compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan, revealed that Bin Laden communicated frequently with Mr. Rahman. They also showed that Bin Laden relied on Mr. Rahman to get messages to other Qaeda leaders and to ensure that Bin Laden’s recorded communications were broadcast widely.

After Bin Laden was killed, Mr. Rahman became al Qaeda’s No. 2 leader under Ayman al-Zawahiri, who succeeded Bin Laden.

There were few details on Saturday about the strike that killed Mr. Rahman. In the months since Bin Laden’s death, the C.I.A. has maintained a steady barrage of drone missile strikes on mountainous redoubts in Pakistan, a bombing campaign that continues to strain America’s already turbulent relationship with Pakistan.

The C.I.A almost never consults Pakistani officials in advance of a drone strike, and a Pakistani government official said Saturday that the United States had told Pakistan’s government that Mr. Rahman had been the target of the strike only after the spy agency confirmed that he had been killed.

The drone strikes have been the Obama administration’s preferred means of hunting and killing operatives from al Qaeda and its affiliate groups. Over the last year the United States has expanded the drone war to Yemen and Somalia.
Safe for American troops, Deadly for alQaeda leadership

Some top American officials have said publicly that they believe al Qaeda is in its final death throes, though many intelligence analysts are less certain, saying that the network built by Bin Laden has repeatedly shown an ability to regenerate.

Yet even as al Qaeda affiliates in places like Yemen and North Africa continue to plot attacks against the West, most intelligence analysts believe that the remnants of al Qaeda’s leadership in Pakistan has been weakened considerably. Mr. Rahman’s death is another significant blow to the group.

Is This Gadhafi's Future?

Finally, the Libyan revolution ended the way it was supposed to. “A few sharp victories, some conspicuous acts of personal bravery on the Patriot side and a colorful entry into the capital,” as British novelist Evelyn Waugh might have put it. That was the Western policy for the war — except that the war went on longer than it was meant to, and it might not be over yet, either. On Monday, the rebels reached Green Square
and declared victory. On Tuesday, Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, the regime’s dauphin, was driving around Tripoli in an armored convoy, declaring that the rebels had been drawn into a clever trap. On Thursday, the rebels claimed to have Gaddafi surrounded. We’ll see what the weekend brings.

But then, that’s the problem with wars and revolutions: They have a way of diverging from the policy and confounding the planners. They continue even when they are supposed to be over. They spill into other areas and lead to new conflicts. Even wars that end with solemn surrender ceremonies and elaborate peace treaties sometimes have unexpected afterlives. The First World War begat the Second World War, the Second World War begat the Cold War, the Cold War begat the Korean War, and so on.

Where's Moa?

Has anyone seen This Man? Moammar Gadhafi

He is nowhere to be found as his 42-year rule of Libya crumbles. Months of NATO air strikes have left his Bab al-Aziziya compound in Tripoli largely demolished. Most of his security forces fled or surrendered when rebel forces rolled into the capital Sunday night and took control of most of the city.
Mohammed Gadhafi

Saif al-Islam Gadhafi
Rebels said that three of Gadhafi's sons had been arrested. But one report said that his eldest son, Mohammed Gadhafi, was reported to have escaped Monday, according to the Libyan ambassador to the United States.Saif al-Islam Gadhafi, who is wanted on war crimes charges by the International Criminal Court in The Hague, had been reported captured on Sunday along with two of his brothers. Luis Moreno-Ocampo, the ICC's chief prosecutor, had said Sunday that he would seek Saif al-Islam Gadhafi's extradition following his capture. But Saif Islam turned up early Tuesday morning at the Rixos hotel, where about 30 foreign journalists are staying in Tripoli under the close watch of regime minders. He then took reporters in a convoy of black, armored SUVs on a drive through parts of the city under the regime's control. Asked about the warrant for his arrest, Saif al-Islam told reporters, "To hell with the ICC."
M.C. Moa, rappin' in L.A

"The real moment of victory is when Gadhafi is captured," Mustafa Abdel-Jalil, head of the rebel National Transitional Council, told a news conference in the opposition's de facto capital of Benghazi, hundreds of miles east of Tripoli. He said the rebels have no idea where Gadhafi is and whether he is even in Tripoli. An Obama administration official said the U.S. had no indication that Gadhafi had left Libya.

The official said U.S. officials and NATO partners had not been in contact with Gadhafi during the siege on Tripoli. However, the official said U.S. and NATO representatives, as well as Libyan rebels, had been in contact with people around Gadhafi, mostly those looking for a way out.

Scuds Away
A mood of joy mixed with trepidation settled over the capital, with the rebels still fighting pockets of fierce resistance from regime loyalists firing mortars and anti-aircraft guns. Rebel spokesman Mohammed Abdel-Rahman, who was in Tripoli, said the "danger is still there" as long as Gadhafi remains on the run.

Gadhafi's forces remained active, firing off a short-range Scud missile Monday near Sirte, Gadhafi's hometown and one of the few remaining cities still under his control, said U.S. military officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss military operations. It was unclear where the missile landed or whether anyone was hurt.

NATO pledged to keep up its air campaign until all pro-Gadhafi forces surrender or return to their barracks. The alliance's warplanes have hit at least 40 targets in and around Tripoli in the past two days -- the highest number on a single geographic location since the bombing started in March, NATO said.
A day after the rebels rode into the city of 2 million, the situation remained volatile. Even though rebels claimed they were in control of most of Tripoli, they still appeared to be on the defensive, ducking for cover during frequent clashes with regime fighters. Throughout the day, the rebels sent reinforcements to the city from the north, south and southeast, and a rebel field commander said more than 4,000 fighters were part of the final push to bring down the regime.
Libyan commandos fighting Gaddafis forces came close to capturing the toppled leader on Wednesday when they raided a private home in Tripoli where he appeared to have been hiding, Paris Match magazine said  today. A unit which was coordinating intelligence services for Arab states and Libyan rebels, said on its website that these services believed Gaddafi was still somewhere in the Libyan capital.
Hiding out as one of Cherry Bombs boobs

The opinion is split as to whether the arrest warrants make a negotiated settlement with Gaddafi regime more or less likely. Colonel Gaddafi “personally ordered attacks on unarmed Libyan civilians,” in which armed forces shot demonstrators, fired heavy weapons on funeral processions and “placed snipers to kill those leaving mosques after prayers,” during the first weeks of the Libyan uprising, prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo said. Mr. Moreno-Ocampo began investigating the situation in Libya after the United Nations Security Council referred the case to the court. The Court’s decision coincides with the 100th day of NATO operations in Libya.

As for Moa; He'll turn up somewhere, or he'll continue to pursue his budding career in the entertainment industry. So, We'll keep an eye out for you Moa.

SHE'S SAFE!

Nancy Reagan and Marco Rubio

In political circles, Marco Rubio is considered a rising star. Just looking at him, one can't shake the impression that he's offering a preview of the Republican Party's next generation of politicians. If nothing else, He is a Gentlemen and a scholar.

It all began with smiles Tuesday night at the Reagan Presidential Library. Former first lady Nancy Reagan stumble Tuesday night walking into an event at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, Calif. Rubio who was escorting her at the time helped slow her fall as Secret Service and others rushed in to help brace Mrs Reagen from stumbling to the floor. She appeared to be uninjured and took her seat.

While national Republicans suggest Sen. Marco Rubio would be well suited as the GOP vice presidential candidate in the next election, the Florida freshman did his best to dispel the rumors Tuesday night, instead focusing his attention on his state and the American dream.
In a speech at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, his first major address out of Florida or Washington, D.C. since he was elected, Rubio said he has "no interest in serving as vice president."
"What happens in politics is the minute you start thinking there's something else out there for you, it starts affecting everything you do," Rubio said at the event in Simi Valley, California. "The reality of it is I'm not going to be the vice presidential nominee, but I look forward to working with whoever our nominee is."

Rubio, who was elected in 2010 with backing from the tea party movement, said the current role of government "cannot be sustained," adding that a government provided safety net cannot be a way of life in the United States.

"If defining the proper role or government was one of the central issues of the Reagan era, it remains that now," Rubio said. "I know that it's popular in my party to blame the president, the current president but the truth is the only thing this president has done is accelerate policies that were already in place and were doomed to fail."

Republican consultant Doug Heye said today’s political environment means realtively inexperienced politicians like the 40-year-old Rubio cannot be ignored. Heye pointed to other fast-risers like President Obama, Rep. Michele Bachmann and Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

“We live in a world where compelling party figures become national figures rather quickly,” other Republicans, though say more seasoning could make Rubio into an even-more-valuable asset down the line for the GOP.

Even they, though, are tempted by the bright, shiny thing in front of them.

“What ultimately is best for the party is for him to do what he thinks he is best qualified to do,” said GOP strategist David Norcross. “I come down narrowly on the side of staying in the Senate for now. If he thinks he knows better, he might well be right.”

But as of right now, there are plenty of people in the GOP who would rather not wait.

GREAT SAVE MARCO, She's important, She's the Mother Of Conservatism. GREAT SAVE!

A Second Stimulus? The real reason for it

Here Comes STIMULUS II

President Obama’s new jobs program might be unveiled right after Labor Day. The White House has gone silent for a long time while unemployment remains above 9% and economic growth slumps to .4%.

What could be his new, imaginative idea?” Could it be Stimulus II?

Yes, after the failure of the first $887 billion round of stimulus, the President’s best idea may be to recommend more stimulus spending.

The Washington Post has floated a trial balloon from White House aides that report:”President Obama has decided to press Congress for a new round of stimulus spending.” No dollar amounts were mentioned, but I'm willing to go out on a limb and say that he'll ask for around $1.7 trillion, of which he knows that republicans will vote it down.

Last Wenesday during his bus tour in Atkinson, Illinois the President prepared his audience for his new economic policy, saying he would cut spending by spending more, this is his typical, predictable logic when there's a financial crisis happening. The two, he said, are not inconsistent. “When Congress gets back in September, my basic argument to them is this: " We should not have to choose between getting our fiscal house in order and jobs and growth.” WARNING; right here in this statement is where you'll find the fiscal irresponsibility.

Meanwhile in reaction to a slew of bad economic reports and the news of a new stimulus plan, Wall Street is experiencing another meltdown, and the investor is taken on the of the wildest rollercoaster rides, Ever, and

The Dow Jones average swooned at the opening bell, down at least 450 points. Adding to the downturn were the weekly jobless claims report showing an increase of 9,000 new unemployment claims, topping to a monthly total of 408,000. In other bad news home sales dropped 3.5% and factory activity in the Mid-Atlantic region tumbled to a two year low.

The President will be able to munch on all these new economic reports while he luxuriates on the celebrity island of Martha’s Vineyard, it is likely that either right after labor day, or early when congress  convenes next month.

It almost seems as if the government, both political parties included, are pandering to the American public, and are saying “We’re sorry we let the economy get so bad due to bad oversight of the mortgage industry and Wall Street. Here, we’ll send you a check to make it all better.”
Seriously, the $887 billion bailout package turned out to be a slush fund, so, the new word this time will be “A little fiscal restraint”? Don’t they realize that the lack of such restraint and the “I want it now” mentality is what got us into trouble in the first place?
There's a serious debate in this country as to how best to end the recession. The average recession will last five to 11 months; the average recovery will last six years. Recessions will end on their own if they're left alone. What will make the recession worse is the wrong kind of government intervention.
I believe the wrong kind is precisely what President Barack Obama will propose. I don't believe his is a "stimulus plan" at all -- I don't think it stimulates anything but the Democratic Party. This "JOBS" bill is designed to repair the Democratic Party's power losses from the 2010 butt whipping and to cement the 2012 re-election of Obama.

Keynesian economists believe government spending on Obama's jobs plan /shovel-ready infrastructure projects -- schools, roads, bridges, or, temporary jobs  is the best way to stimulate our staggering economy. Supply-side economists make an equally persuasive case that tax cuts are the surest and quickest way to create permanent jobs and cause an economy to rebound. That happened under JFK, Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush. We know that when tax rates are cut in a recession, it brings an economy back.

Notwithstanding the up-coming media blitz in support of the Obama jobs/stimulus plan, most Americans, will be most skeptical. They feel the president will increase government spending too much. Since the American people are not certain that the Obama stimulus plan will be the way to go, again,  it seems to me there's an opportunity for genuine compromise. At the same time, we can garner evidence on how to deal with future recessions, so every occurrence will no longer become a matter of partisan debate. Yes, elections do have consequences, and if, (I really mean) WHEN this stimulus fails to garner the long term job prospects and economic growth, Obama will blame the GOP, there by assurring his re-election.

What are your thoughts on a new stimulus package? Good idea? Bad idea? Should we wait a little while?

Israel Determined To Protect Its Sovereignty

Suicide attack in Israel

Seven Israelis were killed in a string of coordinated attacks in southern Israel on today which Israel said were carried out by militants from Gaza and warned it would hit back hard.

The Israeli army said two attacks had taken place on route 12, a desert road next to the Egyptian border, near the Red Sea resort town of Eilat.

In the first incident, gunmen strafed a bus. In the second, an improvised explosive device detonated when a military vehicle carrying Israeli troops drove over it.

Security sources revealed a third incident on another desert road near the Jordanian border, in which an RPG was fired at a car near Beer Ora, some 15 kilometers (nine miles) north of Eilat.

Medics said all seven victims died in that attack, at least four of whom were traveling in the same car, with reports also suggesting there was mortar fire in the same area.

An Israeli army spokeswoman described the incidents as a 'combined terrorist attack' and said at least nine people were injured when gunmen ambushed bus #392 as it drove south along route 12. Shortly afterwards, 'several people were injured as a result of an explosive device detonated at an Israel Defense Force vehicle that had arrived at the scene and drove over it', she said.

Anti-tank missile fired
There were also unconfirmed reports that an anti-tank missile had been fired into Israel from across the border in Egypt.

Security sources initially said that gunmen in a car had opened fire a bus, and suggested the attackers may have fired from the Egyptian side of the border. But the Israeli army later said 'everything took place in Israeli territory'.

The bloodshed sparked a massive manhunt for the killers and at one stage Israeli troops staged a running gun battle with the militants, which left seven of the gunmen dead, security sources said.

However, troops maintained a lockdown on the area as they scoured the region for any others who had managed to flee.

There was no immediate information about the identity of the attackers, although one senior Israeli source said they had infiltrated from Egypt.

As the hunt continued, the Israeli government pointed the finger at the Gaza Strip, saying they had concrete information showing the killers came from there.
Defense Minister Barak

"The source of the terror incidents is Gaza and we will act against them with all our strength and determination," Defense Minister Ehud Barak said in a statement, in which he also criticized Egypt's hold on the Sinai Peninsula.

"This is a very serious terror incident at a number of locations. The incident reflects the weakness of the Egyptian hold on Sinai and the expansion of activity there by terror elements," he said.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called the attacks 'very serious' in a statement released by his office.
Prime Minister Netanyahu

"We are talking about a very serious incident in which Israelis were hurt and Israel's sovereignty was damaged," he said.

Netanyahu's spokesman Mark Regev said Israel had 'concrete information' the attackers had come from Gaza.

"We have specific and concrete information that these terrorists who killed Israelis today came from the Gaza Strip," he told AFP.

"This is not speculation. This is evaluation; this is analysis; this is concrete information."

Another Israeli official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the attackers had entered Israel from Sinai which they had cross into from Gaza.

In light of the bloodshed in the south, Israel issued a travel warning urging its citizens in Sinai to return home immediately.

But Egyptian security sources denied that Palestinian militants had slipped past their patrols into Israel, and the governor of northern Sinai challenged Israel to provide evidence that the attacks originated from Egypt.

Death of the Dollar

Over the past several decades, the U.S. dollar and other major currencies around the globe have been continually devalued, but they have still remained stable enough for trade to flourish and for the world to enjoy an unprecedented era of prosperity

However, that all may now be changing. Many analysts now fear that the new $600 billion program of quantitative easing by the U.S. Federal Reserve may set off a round of "competitive devaluations" across the globe that could precipitate a global currency crisis.

If that happens, it might not just be the death of the dollar that we are talking about. Instead, we could potentially see the death of fiat currencies worldwide in the coming years.

Under the current system, nations have a built-in incentive to devalue their national currencies because it gives them a competitive advantage in world trade. In fact, quite a few countries have been doing this for years, but in 2010 currency devaluations have become a "hot button" issue and the extreme actions taken recently by the U.S. Federal Reserve and other global central banks have pushed us to the brink of a global currency war.

The U.S. dollar was the first fiat currency to ever be used as a true reserve currency literally all over the globe. For decades, nearly the entire world has had a tremendous amount of faith in the U.S. dollar and in U.S. government debt. If the world was to lose faith in the U.S. dollar and in U.S. government debt, the entire global financial system would crumble. Unfortunately, thanks to the foolish actions of the Federal Reserve, it looks like that is exactly what is starting to happen.

China's leading credit rating agency has downgraded U.S. debt to "A" in the aftermath of QE2

Global outrage: Top finance officials from China, Russia, Germany, Brazil and many other countries all over the globe are expressing anger over the decision by the Federal Reserve to initiate another round of quantitative easing. A number of key exporting nations are now evaluating whether or not they should devalue their own currencies in retaliation.

Alarmingly high sovereign debt levels in Ireland, Portugal and Spain are raising fears that the euro is set for another significant tumble

The rise of precious metals; Investors are flocking to precious metals as they become disillusioned with paper currencies. On Tuesday, gold closed at $1,809.80 an ounce on the New York Mercantile Exchange, and silver soared to a 30-year high of $41.46 an ounce before moving back down a bit.

The commodities bubble: It isn't just precious metals that are exploding in price. Virtually every major commodity has been skyrocketing in price in 2010, and things only accelerated once the Federal Reserve announced this new round of quantitative easing. Some analysts fear that this commodity bubble could put significant inflationary pressure on economies across the globe.

The head of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is admitting that for at least the next eight months, the Federal Reserve is going to be monetizing U.S. government debt

One top Citibank official has publicly declared that he believes that central banks around the globe are going to start dumping U.S. dollars in the coming weeks.

Japan intervened for the first time since 2004: Japan's stunning 12 billion dollar move to push down the value of the yen made headlines all over the world.

Even economies that are on a relatively solid footing are openly attempting to manipulate currency rates in 2010.: For example, the Swiss National Bank experienced losses equivalent to about 15 billion dollars trying to stop the rapid rise of the Swiss franc earlier this year.

Things have gotten so desperate that World Bank President Robert Zoellick is actually proposing that the world's biggest economies should consider using gold as an indicator to help set foreign exchange rates

Another $4.2 trillion in borrowing next year: Unfortunately, the financial problems of the U.S. government look like they are only going to get worse...

According to the Wall Street Journal, in order to repay maturing bonds and finance the budget deficit, the U.S. government will have to borrow 4.2 trillion dollars over the next year. If other nations decide that they are tired of the games and that they are going to stop lending so much money to the U.S. government, where will all that money come from? Would the Federal Reserve step in and monetize most of it?

Conclusion: We're on the brink of disaster: The truth is that the United States financial system is starting to come apart at the seams. America simply cannot run a half trillion dollar trade deficit and a trillion dollar federal government budget deficit each year indefinitely. There is no way in the world that those twin deficits are sustainable.

If the Federal Reserve thinks that it can solve these problems by printing up a bunch of money and throwing it on to the table they are sadly mistaken. The main thing that is going to do is cause a dramatic drop in the faith that other nations have in the U.S. dollar and in U.S. government debt.

But without faith in the U.S. dollar and in U.S. government debt, the world financial system is headed for a world of hurt. If the rest of the world starts rejecting U.S. dollars and U.S. Treasuries, the fallout will be horrifying.

Not only that, but if we do start to see a full-out currency war with nation after nation "competitively devaluing" their currencies, we might see faith being lost in all paper currencies. If that happens it will create a financial horror of unprecedented proportions.

So let us hope that cooler heads prevail and that we don't see a full-fledged currency war break out. Let us hope that faith in the U.S. dollar and other major currencies remains high for as long as possible.

Because once the "tipping point" comes, there will simply be no putting the toothpaste back into the tube

Now it's about to get worse...:

Bird Hunting: Twitter Is Censoring The Discussion

I have a growing feeling of unease that Twitter is actively censoring the discussion of all things conservative, or, shall I say, All thing conservative produced and published by this, soon-to-be Suspended blogger, Bobby Greer, Me.
Bobby Greer and KFC

Less than three weeks ago I had gone by the user name of OICW65. This has been my name since the beginning of my online digital life, so it was hard for me to understand why my twitter account had been suspended for what I see everyone do on twitter, TWEET.

My journey into the world of violated rights and corporate policy were about to heat up to a whitehot back and forth between the first amendment, company policy and activity rules. In order to make my case, I’ll disclose all transmissions between myself and twitter and allow you, the American twitter account holder decide if I’m guilty of what they claim or, if I'm the victim of a violation of ones First Amendement Rights.

Here is a transcript of some of what IS happening:

secondhand61, Aug-15 08:37 am (PDT):

Regarding: Suspended account

Subject: WHY AGAIN?

Description of problem: My twitter was suspended for no reason, I followed your riles, I had more followers than what I followed, I didn't un-follow anyone. people were re-tweeting my updates and they were talking, I didn't tweet anyone that was not following, So, WHAT DID I DO WRONG??? This is the second account you've suspended without telling me anything, or, AM I BEING CENSORED??

Full name: Bernard Sullivan

Twitter username: @secondhand61

secondhand61, Aug-15 12:01 pm (PDT):

Aug, 14,2011 I was suspended from twitter for the second time in as many weeks. My first account oicw65 was suspended for I believe aggressive following, but my second account, I was not following aggressively, I had more followers than I followed, I was not using any automated bots or auto follow, my first ten people that I followed were friends and as more found me and followed, I would follow them back. I tweeted three of my blog post and did not go outside that. So by the rules set forth by twitter, I did not violate any of these written rules. Why are my first amendment rights being violated, why am I being censored? Or does twitter censor conservative that are black? I as this question this way because this is twice this month I been suspended without any warning or such as this later case, doing anything wrong. Or, is it twitters policy to censor conservatives, and if this is true, then why only myself?

kryptops, Aug-16 04:06 pm (PDT):

Hello,

Your account was permanently suspended for multiple or repeat violations of the Twitter Rules: http://twitter.com/rules This account will not be restored. Thanks,

kryptops

In the event that there are any twitter users that are un-familiar with twitters rules, I've included them with this post and I went further and highlighted interesting rules that I have left comment to, So without any additional delay:

The Twitter Rules

• Username Squatting: You may not engage in username squatting. Accounts that are inactive for more than 6 months may also be removed without further notice. Some of the factors that we take into account when determining what conduct is considered to be username squatting are:

o the number of accounts created

o creating accounts for the purpose of preventing others from using those account names

o creating accounts for the purpose of selling those accounts

o using feeds of third-party content to update and maintain accounts under the names of those third parties

• Invitation spam: You may not use Twitter.com's address book contact import to send repeat, mass invitations.

• Selling user names: Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with Twitter, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose, where "Services" is defined as follows: Your use of Twitter’s products, services and web sites (referred to collectively as the “Services” in this document and excluding any services provided to you by Twitter under a separate written agreement) is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and Twitter.

• Spam: You may not use the Twitter service for the purpose of spamming anyone. What constitutes “spamming” will evolve as we respond to new tricks and tactics by spammers. Some of the factors that we take into account when determining what conduct is considered to be spamming are:

o If you have followed a large amount of users in a short amount of time; I didn't think that following folk that have followed me was a violation of terms

o If you have followed and unfollowed people in a short time period, particularly by automated means (aggressive follower churn); Didn't do

o If you repeatedly follow and unfollow people, whether to build followers or to garner more attention for your profile; Didn't do

o If you have a small number of followers compared to the amount of people you are following; Not in this case

o If your updates consist mainly of links, and not personal updates; the links I tweeted all have personal updates, such as: Blogs Title, and relevent content to the title.

o If you post misleading links; Not in this case

o If a large number of people are blocking you; How would I know? It's nearly impossible to respond to everybody that shots you a tweet and have any kind of a life.

o The number of spam complaints that have been filed against you; No one complained to me so once again, How would I know?

o If you post duplicate content over multiple accounts or multiple duplicate updates on one account; Okay, I confess; I was guilty of this infraction, but that was with my OICW65 account, and I had ended that practice when I opened the SECONDHAND61 account, and twitter suspended that account four days after it started.

o If you post multiple unrelated updates to a topic using #; Never posted to any trends or popular topics, and I'll tell on myself one more time, I did repetedly tweet the same tweet to multible people, with the OICW65 account.

o If you post multiple unrelated updates to a trending or popular topic; Okay; How many ways can they accuse one of the same damn thing?
o If you send large numbers of duplicate @replies or mentions; This one means, You aren't allowed to respond to tweets or mentions, like, Tell someone Thank you for the RT

o If you send large numbers of unsolicited @replies or mentions in an attempt to spam a service or link; Not in this case.

o If you add a large number of unrelated users to lists in an attempt to spam a service or link; I don't have any list

o If you repeatedly post other users' Tweets as your own; Can't agree with someone elses tweet in a re-tweet

o If you have attempted to "sell" followers, particularly through tactics considered aggressive following or follower churn; I DON'T SELL ANYTHING, TO ANYBODY

o Creating or purchasing accounts in order to gain followers; Buy Followers? WOW, Can you do that?

o Using or promoting third-party sites that claim to get you more followers (such as follower trains, sites promising "more followers fast," or any other site that offers to automatically add followers to your account); Don't have or have I ever had any third party apps.

o If you create false or misleading Points of Interest; I have never created a point of interest, politics and Israel is it's own pappy when it comes to point of interest

o If you create Points of Interest to namesquat or spam. Nmaesquat? what the Fu*k is that?
