  There are more than 8 million Muslim believers who live in America. Some seem obvious because of dress or facial features. Most blend into the everyday American scene. There is no question that a devout Muslim believer sees life through a different lens than does a European Caucasian who has been raised in one of the versions of American Christianity. A small group of Americans and muslim Americans are attempting to use aspects of the Muslim faith to create political panic. Their fear message may be well intended over concern for the safety and well being of our nation, or it may be deeply sinister. They speak and write with great certainty.

The message is straightforward. Muslims are attempting to take control of America through the establishment of Sharia law in our court system. To understand what is going on, we need to ask what is Sharia law?

The word” sharia” is a great expression. In Arabic it means “the path to a watering hole.” In more explicit words, sharia is the Muslim’s code for living. The details are spelled out in the holy book of Islam, the Quran.

 By tradition, the Quran was given to Muhammad by the angel Gabriel in the seventh century CE. In many ways the Quran is similar to the Torah of Jews and the Christian’s New Testament. They all cover a wide range of topics and they all at times become very particular in their instructions about the way people should live. All have instructions that are kind, loving and compassionate. All have passages that are brutal, bloody and morally offensive. Those who are shouting about the imminent dangers of Sharia law make the case that Sharia law is especially brutal and morally offensive.

But Sharia law is more than words from the Quran. As a holy book written in an ancient time, in an ancient place and in an ancient culture it demands interpretation in every new circumstance. It is these "new circumstances" where interpretations can and often do become askewed. The history of Islam reveals the phenomenon of changing interpretations of Sharia. Islamic people have been vicious warriors and they have been peaceful neighbors. The social customs of some Muslims have been rigid and uncompromising. Other Muslims have been very accommodating to changing cultures and customs. Today there are an incredible number of Muslim groups and tribes. Each has its own way of interpreting Sharia law.

They all claim to live by Sharia law. Today, Sharia law has became a system of governance. Sharia law has expanded into matters of family life, weather it be social, judicial, political and religious, which Muhammad never dreamed and the Quran never anticipated.

Are there Muslims who want Sharia law to be the law of their nation? Certainly. The biggest threat to all civilizations is Islamic liberalism because Islamic liberals fully understand Islamic history but like the deceivers they are; they still desire to Islamize but by Islamic dawah, stealth jihad, and Islamic kitman.

Osama bin Laden supported killing apostates, Islamic jihad, Islamic Sharia law, killing homosexuals, child marriage, stoning women to death for adultery, enslaving non-Muslims during jihad, and he believed that Muslim men would go to heaven and meet virgins after killing infidels.

Islamic liberal organizations like Muslim Bridges (http://muslimbridges.org) in America are openly spreading Islam despite claiming to build bridges. You only have to check their website to note that they visit Christian churches and teach people how to pray to Allah and how Islam is based on love and peace.

Of course, these liberal kitman Muslims know full well that apostates are killed in Islamic nations based on Sharia Islamic law. Therefore, Muslim converts to other religions face the death penalty in Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, the Maldives, and Yemen.

However, the kitman liberal Muslims will state that Mohammed means peace and that Islam means love and humility. Somehow killing apostates, stoning to death, cross amputation, child marriage (child rape is still sanctioned in Saudi Arabia), stoning to death for adultery, enslaving during jihad and so on; all this means "peace" in the minds of kitman loving liberal Muslims who love to spread Islamic dawah by stating complete lies.

 Muslim Bridges also plays the race card and states how ethnicity is not important in Islam and so forth. This organization praises the fact that mixed marriages can be seen openly in Mecca and all because of the greatness of Allah.

Strange because slavery was not abolished until the 1960s in the lands of Mecca and Medina and this only happened because of external pressure by non-Muslim nations. Also, in modern day Mauritania and Sudan it is clear that black Africans are treated with disdain and that slavery is a constant threat.

Another point which Islamic liberals gloss over is the fact that non- Muslim men face the death penalty in Saudi Arabia for marrying a Muslim female. Yes, for an act of love the reality of Islam in accordance to Islamic Sharia law means death in the lands of Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, the Maldives, Yemen and a few other nations.

Of course the liberal media machine, the United Nations and political leaders in the West desire to ignore this reality. After all, the non-Muslim world must show its fairness while Islamists kill Buddhists in southern Thailand and marry non-Muslims freely and without any hindrance.

It seems that Islamic fanatics and Islamic liberals can't lose because either way it is a win-win situation. Therefore, the Muslim population keeps on growing in India and the United Kingdom and at the same time the Hindu population faces complete annihilation in Pakistan and the same fate awaits the Christian community in Iraq.

If you magnify organizations and individuals like Muslim Bridges then it is abundantly clear that liberal Islam is the real threat to non- Muslim nations. Also, liberals in the West and India are bending over backwards in order to allow this lie to spread despite Islamic sources in the quran and the Hadiths which state the opposite.

Therefore, for every non-Muslim who is converted to radical Islam in mainly non-Muslim nations, you will have another 99 who are converted to liberal Islamic kitman, whereby Islamic dawah openly enabled lies to be told in order to spread the faith.

The madness of these Islamic liberals is much worse than individuals like Osama bin Laden who fully understood the reality of Islam.

After all, if you look at Afghanistan then firstly liberal Islam was spread along with the Sufi deceivers who are dangerous because they first went out and converted in the name of deceit and lies.

Once the faith spread and Islam grew in power then Buddhism, Hinduism and all non-Muslim faiths in Afghanistan were doomed to slavery and the Islamic inquisition.

In time Islamization would take place in Afghanistan and all Buddhists and Hindus faced the sword of Islam. After this, the various thought patterns in Islam were seen to be problematic because past culture remained therefore the Sunni Islamic Taliban emerged and now it was the turn of Shia Muslims and other non-Sunni branches to face the wrath of pure Sunni Islamization.

Liberal Muslims are the real threat because Islamic armies can no longer invade the majority of non-Muslim nations. Therefore, Saudi Arabia and others are spreading Islam via Islamic dawah, deceit and open lies in order to Islamize.

So, armed with these facts, can you truely trust Islam with it's totle controling dogma?

In a letter sent yesterday to congressional leaders, the authors of a groundbreaking report entitled Shariah: The Threat to America called on the legislative branch to do something the executive branch seems determined not to undertake: A rigorous investigation of the extent to which the Muslim Brotherhood’s stealthy “civilization jihad” has gained access to and influence over the United States government, with grave implications for the national security.

The group known as “Team B II” includes experienced defense, intelligence and law enforcement practitioners – notably, former Director of Central Intelligence R. James Woolsey; Lieutenant Generals Harry E. Soyster and William G. Boykin, the former Defense Intelligence Agency Director and former Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, respectively; former Commander-in-Chief, Pacific Fleet Admiral James A. Lyons; and former federal prosecutor Andrew C. McCarthy.

Their letter provides a powerful rejoinder to the public address given by Attorney General Eric Holder. While General Holder insisted that his department, and presumably other government agencies, will continue their “outreach to all communities,” Team B II warned leaders on Capitol Hill:

There is evidence that, thanks to misbegotten official “outreach” efforts to self-appointed “leaders” of the Muslim community, Brotherhood influence operations have been highly successful in penetrating and interfering with our law enforcement, homeland defense, military and intelligence communities’ performance of their vital missions. If that is the case, the implications could not be more serious, and the need for corrective action could not be more acute.

Team B II’s letter cited recent revelations by one of its members, counterterrorism expert Patrick Poole, who published over the past fortnight a series of explosive quotes provided by an unnamed senior Justice Department official in the course of a six-hour interview. Particularly worrying is the allegation that a federal criminal prosecution of Muslim Brotherhood-associated individuals and organizations was “scuttled last year at the direction of top-level political appointees within the Department of Justice – and possibly even the White House.”

At issue is the intended second phase of prosecutions arising from the evidence introduced in the 2008 Holy Land Foundation trial – the largest terrorism funding trial in U.S. history. The first phase resulted in five convictions based substantially on Muslim Brotherhood documents that established the Brotherhood is explicitly engaged in a “civilization jihad” in the United States, a conspiracy to “destroy the Western civilization from within.” These documents also identified 29 prominent Muslim-American groups as “our organizations and organizations of our friends.” The planned second part of the Holy Land Foundation prosecution would have resulted in the indictment of some of those listed as unindicted co-conspirators in the first phase.

In a letter sent to General Holder last week, Rep. Peter King, chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, confirmed the charges made by Mr. Poole’s source:

I have been reliably informed that the decision not to seek indictments of the Council on American Islamic Relations (“CAIR”) and its co-founder Omar Ahmad, the Islamic Society of North America (“ISNA”), and the North American Islamic Trust (“NAIT”), was usurped by high-ranking officials at Department of Justice headquarters over the vehement and stated objections of special agents and supervisors of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, as well as the prosecutors at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Dallas, who had investigated and successfully prosecuted the Holy Land Foundation case. Their opposition to this decision raises serious doubt that the decision not to prosecute was a valid exercise of prosecutorial discretion.

On the occasion of the release of the Team B II letter, co-author Frank J. Gaffney Jr., whose Center for Security Policy sponsored Shariah: The Threat to America, remarked:

The Attorney General’s efforts to deflect attention from apparently well-founded charges of official misconduct must not prevent Congress from engaging in an aggressive investigation of those charges and the larger context of Muslim Brotherhood activity in Washington and across America. It was heartening to hear Rep. Pete King declare last Sunday on Fox News that the House Homeland Security Committee and House Judiciary Committee may have to take further action to find out why the Justice Department dropped the terror finance prosecutions. We call on those and other congressional panels – on both sides of Capitol Hill – to take up as well and as a matter of the utmost urgency investigations of the nature and extent of the Brotherhood’s “civilization jihad” against our government, civil society and Constitution.

Ironically, on the very day that France’s law banning the wearing of full-face coverings went into effect, French military forces helped Muslims add another country in Africa to their growing Caliphate – the Ivory Coast.

The French, the former colonial rulers in the Ivory Coast, forced the surrender of former president Laurent Gbagbo to forces loyal to president-elect Alassane Ouattara, who the international community had recognized as the victor in last year’s presidential election.

Ouattara is a Muslim, who prevailed in this election over his Christian opponent Gbagbo on the strength of masses of illegal immigrants who had emigrated over the last several decades from the neighboring Muslim states of Burkina Faso, Mali and Guinea. It is estimated that nearly one fifth of the 21 million people now living in Ivory Coast are illegal immigrants, most of whom are Muslims.


What was once a prosperous Christian country, viewed as a haven of peace and prosperity in the West Africa region, and home to the region’s largest cathedral, was overrun in the north with an influx of illegal immigrants that divided the country. Before exploiting this influx to help achieve victory in last year’s election, the increasing number of Muslims in the north had previously tried to seize power militarily nearly ten years ago in the economic center of the country, Abidjan. They were defeated there, but other Muslim troops took control across the north, helping to destabilize a now divided nation. Ouattara took advantage of the chaos and dissatisfaction in the north to mobilize his supporters for his election victory, which the international community ratified.

 The French, acting under a UN Security Council resolution to ensure that civilians would be protected in any ensuing civil war, decided to finally oust Gbagbo from power and hand the country over to Ouattara. However, despite bombarding Gbagbo’s residence in Abidjan with helicopter gunships and deploying armored vehicles against Gbagbo’s remaining defenses, the French made sure that they would not appear like colonialist conquerors. Thus, they allowed Ouattara’s own forces to actually arrest Gbagbo and take him into custody along with his wife. But we all know that Gbagbo’s surrender came about only after the French decided to flex their military muscle in their former colony. Reportedly, more than thirty French tanks or armored vehicles, each with several French soldiers inside, moved on Gbagbo’s residence in the final hours before Gbagbo’s surrender, after the French and UN peacekeeping forces attacked his compound with air strikes overnight. Unless he wanted to go down fighting, Gbagbo had no other option but to surrender.


Nevertheless, a French Defense Ministry official tried to downplay France’s role in bringing about Gbagbo’s final downfall: “It’s not French forces that arrested Laurent Gbagbo … It was Ouattara forces supported by UNOCI and Licorne (French forces).”

Ouattara’s envoy to the United Nations, Yousoufou Bamba, reiterated this message, stressing to UN reporters that the Republican Forces of the Ivory Coast had made the arrest, not the French.


United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Peacekeeping Operations Alain Le Roy told reporters after briefing the Security Council that Gbagbo was currently in an apartment in the Golf Hotel in Abidjan, where Ouattara and his entourage have been based under UNOCI (the UN mission in the Ivory Coast) protection since the result of the election was declared.


“I can confirm that the former president and his wife are at the Golf Hotel… UNOCI has been requested to ensure their security,” said Mr. Le Roy, adding that it was up to Mr. Ouattara to decide what do to with his predecessor. “The Council is pleased [with the latest development], but it is not euphoria,” Mr. Le Roy said. He noted that there were still likely to be pockets of resistance in Abidjan, but the city was largely quiet. He also emphasized that French and UN peacekeeping forces operated within the bounds of the UN Security Council resolution authorizing the use of all necessary means to protect civilians, which included destroying Gbagbo’s heavy weapons.


One might think that Gbagbo’s surrender was a good thing, ending a bloody civil war and allowing the democratically elected president to be able to assume office while the strong man standing in his way is in custody to face justice.


However, as bad as Gbagbo’s forces behaved in attacking his own citizens to hold on to power, Outtara’s forces also behaved badly. Human Rights Watch claimed last weekend that forces loyal to Ouattara had killed hundreds of civilians, raped more than twenty women and girls and burned at least 10 villages in the western part of the Ivory Coast.


Moreover, it is what Ouattara’s rule is likely to introduce to the Ivory Coast that should be of real concern.


The Islamists want to revive what they claim was originally an Islamic emirate in the Ivory Coast. Perhaps the French, who enabled the Muslims to assume power, should have read the website of Islamic Revival to understand what may be in store. According to this website, the Ivory Coast is “an Islamic country with a Muslim majority” that was once “an Islamic emirate which implemented the Islamic Shari’ah” until the French colonized the country.


The Islamic website lamented the condition of “deprived and marginalized Muslims exposed to severe persecution and injustice in the north even though they constituted some 65% of the population of Ivory Coast, though the Western figures puts their percentage at about 40%.”


It blames the “well-placed pagans who were well supported in the south so as to prevent the spread of Islam among the pagans and were induced to convert to Christianity.”

But the Islamists are confident in their ultimate victory, as the Islamic Revival website attests:

The Ivory Coast like other Muslim countries awaits the establishment of the Khilafah [Caliphate] State to liberate it from the strongholds of the kuffar [non-believer] colonialists and make it a part and province of the Khilafah State, this is not a tall order for Allah.


And don’t expect another democratic election any time soon. Islamists may use elections they think they can win as a tool to achieve power, but they abhor the notion that men can govern themselves. The Islamic Revival website calling for Muslim rule in the Ivory Coast quotes from an article entitled “Leadership in Democracy Contradicts the Nature of Leadership In Humanity and in Islam”:
Alone abidance by the legal rule in the Qur’an and Sunnah is the condition for joining life’s journey and that for agreeing to submit to the performance of any task.

 The Islamic vision of a Caliphate is spreading in Africa, beyond Egypt, Libya, Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia in North Africa. The BBC has reported, for example, that President Omar al-Bashir of Sudan has announced plans to make Sharia law the “law of the land” in his country. The president has been quoted by BBC as saying that, “Sharia and Islam will be the main source for the constitution, Islam the official religion and Arabic the official language.”

 Kenya has recently instituted a shariah compliant constitution.

Al-Qaida actively recruits children to be suicide bombers by having its loyalists hang out at mosques and Islamic schools and offering books, flyers and magazines and occasionally money, but they have found that Islam is the biggest incentive to convince youth to blow up themselves and kill others, according to a federal document.

"Juveniles as young as 14 years of age are used for martyrdom operations," stated the document, obtained by Judicial Watch under a Freedom of Information Act request. "Juveniles are more willing to martyr themselves due to their lack of reasoning on taking innocent lives."

The documents, from the Department of Defense's Defense Intelligence Agency, came in response to a request for records relating to children as intended targets of terrorism and the terror threat against children.

The government identified several documents responsive to the request, and forwarded them to Judicial Watch after significant redactions of information regarding who formulated the assessments and to whom they were delivered.

A letter from Paul Jacobsmeyer, chief of the Office of Freedom of Information for the DoD, explained that other information that was redacted "concerns intelligence activities including covert action, intelligence sources or methods, or cryptology."

The first document has the topic lines "FM JTF GTMO," and it is to "[redacted] Washington D.C."

The subject is "recruitment of juveniles by al-Qaida." It further specifies the al-Qaida at issue is in Saudi Arabia and Yemen.

"Extremist groups in Saudi Arabia and Yemen used religion as the main mechanism for recruiting juveniles," the first report said. "These groups would take juveniles to mosques to listen to religious lectures. More time was spent with the youths who appeared susceptible to the ideology of the extremist group."

Individuals were identified by al-Qaida recruiters at "street soccer games, schools, colleges and mosques."

The report continued, "Juveniles are also solicited for recruitment after they buy extremist videos at local markets."

Young people who get into trouble also are prime candidates, it said.

"The extremist groups have connections with, or are members of, local law enforcement. … These groups will arrest targeted youths for their illegal activities. Once the youths are jailed for a few days, a member of the extremist group would visit the youths. The extremist member would offer to help the youths get out of jail and clean up their lives if they joined the group."

Kids also were asked to recruit their friends, the report said.

"The method of recruitment that generates the most responses from recruits is showing videos of Muslims fighting jihad in Bosnia, Chechnya or Afghanistan."

While juvenile males make up an estimated 20 percent of al-Qaida, the juvenile females "become brides for extremist members," the report said.

The report suggested that the evaluations were being made by someone interviewing a detainee at Guantanamo.

"The detainee believes that most Muslims do not justify attacks on children. The detainee did not know of incidents where extremists groups had punished members who had targeted children."

Another document specifically references "Guantanamo Bay".

It explains further the terror group's operating tactics.

"Juveniles volunteer to join terrorists groups thinking it is their religious duty to fight in the name of Islam. … Mosques and Islamic schools are main locations where recruitment of juveniles occur. Books, flyers, and magazines are used as popular recruitment tools."

I've previously reported when Islamic kids' cartoons praised by President Obama drew a terse warning.

It was the series of "superhero" cartoons promoting the tenets of Islam under the title "The 99" – which has been praised by President Obama.

"These are not the types of heroes you want your children to have," Ted Baehr, publisher of MOVIEGUIDE," told us. "These heroes, at their core, because they represent values contrary to humanity, at the core these heroes are more villain than hero."

Reports by Family Security Matters and others already have circulated about the plans by The Hub, formerly Discovery Kids, to produce the series featuring characters portraying the 99 attributes of Allah.

The New York Post ran a column describing plans for the Shariah-compliant Muslim superheroes – "including one who fights crime hidden head-to-toe by a burqa."

"These Islamic butt-kickers are ready to bring truth, justice and indoctrination to impressionable Western minds," the report said.

That's the problem, according to Baehr, with the Middle East cartoon that reportedly is being picked up and scheduled for a launch this year by Hasbro toys and Discovery Communications.

"Curiously or not so curiously considering his track record, President Obama, who was raised as a Muslim by his stepfather in Indonesia but supposedly converted to Christianity, praised this work created by Kuwaiti psychologist Naif al-Mutawa, saying at an April meeting with Arab entrepreneurs, 'His superheroes embody the teachings of the tolerance of Islam.'"

Adrian Morgan of Family Security Matters, a think tank, wondered, "Are we going to see ass-kicking Christian superhero nuns called Faith, Hope and Charity ... sending Satan into Hell? It's doubtful!"

For example, the terror group Hamas' Al-Aqsa Television has "martyred" a children's bunny character named Assud and knocked off a Mickey Mouse-lookalike for the cause of jihad.

Also in a report documented by the Middle East Media Research Institute, an Al-Aqsa program features a children's choir thart opens with: "Dad, we put on our new clothes. Give us our pocket money. Today is a holiday. … Me, my brother, and the neighborhood kids want to arm ourselves with guns."

MEMRI explained that the message is an excerpt of a holiday video aired on Hamas Al-Aqsa Television called "Holiday Gun."

According to MEMRI, the lyrics continue with the father singing:

"My children, I'm worried about you.

"This toy might harm your eyes.

"My children, I'm worried about you.

"This toy might harm your eyes.

"Think about another toy.

"You are the apple of my eye, may Allah protect you."

And the children return:

"Dad, we are a steadfast people.

"These guns need hands to carry them.

"Dad, we are a steadfast people.

"These guns need hands to carry them.

"Today we play, tomorrow we will wage Jihad.

"How joyous my heart will be on the Day of Return."

The Radicalization Of American Muslims

      Al-Qaida now is recruiting home-grown killers within the United States, declares House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Peter King. That’s why he has set hearings on the radicalization of American Muslims.

      It is “extremely difficult for them to attack us from outside,” as al-Qaida did on 9/11, because of increased security. So al-Qaida switched to recruiting from within U.S. borders.

      “They’re taking people who are under the radar screen who are not on any terrorist surveillance list at all and they are recruiting them to fight against America,” King said.

      In a lengthy, emotional, and at times contentious hearing on Thursday, members of Congress and a panel of experts testified before the House Homeland Security Committee on the theme of radicalization in the Muslim American community - and whether or not that topic merited such a discussion in the first place.

      The hearings aimed to investigate what was described as "the extent of radicalization" among Muslims in America. Evidence came in the form of the testimony of family members of young men who became radicalized Islamists, as well as the founder of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy, Dr. M. Zuhdi Jasser.

      The topic of Islamic radicalization in the United States should be emphasized that the issue is not Islam itself but how the religious ideology is used by violent extremists to inspire and justify their actions. The FBI does not investigate members of any religion for their religious beliefs, but rather focuses on investigating activities that may harm the United States.

      Successes in the war on terrorism and the arrests of many key al Qaeda leaders have diminished the ability of the group to attack the U.S. homeland. At the same time, a broader Sunni extremist movement has evolved from being run entirely by al Qaeda central to a broader movement. This is demonstrated by the 2004 Madrid bombings, the July 2005 bombings and attempted bombings in London, and recent disruptions in the U.S., United Kingdom, Canada, Bosnia, Denmark, and elsewhere.

      President Barack Obama has been slow to acknowledge the urgency of the terror threat and take a hard line, King said, noting: “Let me just say President Obama has gotten better over the last two years, but it’s sort of a schizophrenic administration.”

      The radicalization hearings are intended to highlight the threat, although some Islamic leaders have expressed concern that the hearings will be a witch hunt or devolve into a spectacle reminiscent of those run by anti-communist crusader Sen. Joe McCarthy in the 1950s. But the hearing - which King says will be the first in a series - was the subject of a slew of criticism from those who believe that Muslim Americans were being unjustly targeted as a community.

      U.S. prisons are becoming major breeding grounds for Islamic terrorists, but state and local authorities are too cash-strapped to prevent or track recruiting, a new report concludes.

      The report, was released Tuesday, found there aren’t enough legitimately trained Muslim religious leaders to counsel an estimated 9,000 U.S. prison inmates who want Islamic services. That allows Islamist extremists to target their vulnerable prison-mates with distorted versions of the Quran and other Muslim readings that urge radicalization and violence.

      “Radicalized prisoners are a potential pool of recruits by terrorist groups,” concludes the joint study by George Washington University and the University of Virginia. “The U.S., with its large prison population, is at risk of facing the sort of homegrown terrorism currently plaguing other countries.”

      Additionally, state and local prison officials struggle to track radical behavior changes of inmates or religious counselors. And staff and funding shortages limit preventative programs, the report found, noting that California officials “report that every investigation into radical groups in their prisons uncovers new leads, but they simply do not have enough investigators to follow every case of radicalization.”

      An estimated 2 million people are imprisoned in the United States; 6 percent of them are Muslim, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

      Prisons have long been considered recruiting stations for gangs and, more recently, terrorists, but little has been done throughout government to combat them. The report, which will be released at a Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee hearing, comes as law enforcement and intelligence officials focus on finding out how and why extremist sympathizers cross a line to become operational terrorists.

      The report cited several high-profile cases of terrorists who became radicalized while incarcerated, including British shoe bomber Richard Reid. It also noted what authorities call a foiled plot of a potential shooting rampage against California military facilities, synagogues and the Israeli Consulate in Los Angeles by followers of Kevin James, who founded the radical group Jamiyyat Ul-Islam Is-Saheeh, or JIS, as an inmate at California State Prison in Sacramento.

      “We have to find out who is being radicalized, how are they attempting to do it, how are they recruiting within the Muslim community and whether or not Muslim leaders are cooperating with law enforcement, what Muslim leaders are doing to find out who in their midst is being recruited and who is a potential danger to the United States.”

      Not all  Muslims in the U.S.are of Middle Eastern descent, one-third of the Muslim community are black Americans who have converted to Islam or descendants thereof; another third are of Middle Eastern/Arab/Iranian descent; and another third come from South Asia (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh). According to the Arab American Institute, 63 percent of Arab-Americans are Christian and only 24 percent are Muslim.

      Muslims are the fastest-growing minority group in the U.S, but in any case, there are far fewer Muslims in the U.S. compared to Western Europe for example, there are at least 5 million Muslims in France alone.

      However, what is perhaps more relevant politically in a society in which different groups inevitably compete for attention and influence is the number of Muslims versus the number of Jews in the U.S. There are currently more Jews than Muslims in the U.S., but in the future that can change since Muslims have a higher birth rate and continue to migrate here; while Jews are concerned that they are losing people through intermarriage and assimilation.

       Detroit Michigan has the highest concentration of Arabs and Muslims the original influx of Arabs were very hard working-class and/or rural villagers, like most other immigrant groups. They came to Detroit because Henry Ford recruited them to work at his auto company. Other cities, including Toledo, Ohio and Schenectady, NY also have long history of Arab settlements. 

      I think that as you can see, a lot of people are still in denial that we even have a problem in America with radicalization, wake up America, we are losing American babies. Our children are in danger. This country must stand up and do something about this problem before we are all wearing burkas and kneeling on prayer rugs; It this country that is at risk.

'Honor killings' OK by Michigan Shariah

A lawsuit that challenges the official cooperation by the city of Dearborn, Mich., which has one of the largest populations of Muslims in the U.S., with Islamic interests makes a stunning allegation: that under the recognized "Shariah" law in the city, there have been "honor killing" murders that have been "covered up."


The lawsuit was brought by the Thomas More Law Center on behalf of four Christians whose speech and other civil rights were restricted by official city action at several recent city-sponsored Arab Fest events.

The lawsuit on behalf of Acts 17 Apologetics, Nebeel Qureshi, David Wood, Paul Rezkalla, Negeen Mayel and Joshua Hogg names as defendants the city of Dearborn, Mayor John. B. O'Reilly, Police Chief Ronald Haddad and a long list of police officers in addition to American Arab Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Fay Beydoun and Norma Haidous, the special events coordinator for the American Arab chamber.

Officials in the offices of both O'Reilly and Haddad said they were unable to respond to questions about the case, which seeks a court order halting the city's practices regarding speech and distribution of literature on public property at the city's Arab Fest during the summers.

It also seeks compensatory and punitive damages from the defendants.

The allegation about the honor killings that have been "overlooked" in Dearborn comes on Page 61 of the 96-page complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan today.

Describing the circumstances under which police officers arrested the Christians and ordered them to spend a night in jail rather than view readily available exculpatory evidence that ultimately cleared them of the charges, the complaint notes that during the booking of the Christians at the city jail, "a sympathetic city police officer told plaintiffs Qureshi and Rezkalla that some of the police officers were 'on their side,' 'agreed with what they were doing' and 'didn't think they did anything wrong,' or words to that effect."

The comments simply were "demonstrating further that defendants retaliated against plaintiffs for their religious speech activity," the complaint explains.

"The sympathetic police officer told plaintiffs that the security personnel hired for the Arab Festival were mostly 'criminals and gang members,'" the complaint explained. Then it continued:

"The sympathetic police officer told plaintiffs that there were instances in the city where 'honor killings' permitted by Shariah had taken place, but they were covered up," the complaint alleges.

There were available no further details about the honor killings, which are murders committed by Muslims to protect or restore the "honor" of their families against their own family members who may have somehow created "dishonor," such as refusing to cooperate with an arranged marriage, or marrying outside of Islam.

The civil rights complaint stems from two separate police actions at the June 2010 annual International Arab Festival.

Richard Thompson, TMLC president and chief counsel, noted the high percentage of Muslims in the Dearborn community.

"Muslims dominate the political and law enforcement process in Dearborn. It seems that police were more interested in placating the mayor and Muslims than obeying our Constitution. Shariah law makes it a crime to preach the Gospel to Muslims. This is a classic example of stealth Jihad being waged right here in America. And it should be a wake-up call for all patriotic Americans,” he said.

The first situation developed June 18 when police jailed four Christian missionaries when they witnessed Nabeel Qureshi, a Muslim convert to Christianity, peaceably discussing his Christian faith with Muslim youths.

The other three, David Wood, Paul Rezkalla, and Negeen Mayel, were arrested along with Qureshi for allegedly "breaching the peace," and were led away in handcuffs by police while Muslim onlookers cheered and applauded.

The second situation developed just days later, on June 20, as two missionaries, Rezkalla and Joshua Hogg, stood on the public sidewalk handing out the Gospel of John to passersby willing to take them.

According to the TMLC, the Christians were there for approximately five minutes when eight city police officers descended upon them, seized them, and brought them to the police command trailer located inside the festival where the Christians were admonished, photographed, and ordered to stop their peaceful religious activity.

The TMLC said, "It is evident that city officials, including the mayor, engaged in this unconstitutional official action solely to please this significant voting bloc and to submit to its will," referring the Muslim population.

"While the videos of the police violating the fundamental constitutional rights of our clients are utterly shocking, it is perhaps even more shocking that city officials, including the mayor, would engage in a propaganda campaign to smear the good reputation of these Christians even after they were acquitted by a jury of the bogus criminal charges. All of this is strong evidence of the fact that Shariah is negatively influencing the city and its officials," said Robert Muise, TMLC’s senior trial counsel who is handling the matter.

The complaint explains that Acts 17 Apologetics was targeted by Dearborn police officers specifically because ministry members reach out with the Christian message to Muslims, but under Shariah, trying to encourage Muslims to leave Islam is illegal

"Through its expressive activities, Acts 17 and its members directly challenge Muslim beliefs and the Muslim juridical code know as Shariah," the complaint says.

The city's liability for the events is established because, "the city is actively involved in the conduct and support of the Arab Festival, providing numerous services from various city departments, including the police, fire, public works, economic & community development and recreation departments. Consequently, the city is a joint partner in the operation of the festival."

The complaint explains that from 2004-2008 Christian missionaries roamed the perimeter of the festival freely, handing out religious literature and discussing their Christian faith.

But then Haddad was installed as a new police chief and other staff changes were made, and the result was that Christian missionaries' speech suddenly was excluded from the public grounds.

After the 2010 confrontation, the lawsuit alleges, city officials illegally confiscated the missionaries' cameras, which revealed exculpatory evidence, and then made false statements about their activities.

The case alleges violations of the First Amendment, Fourth Amendment, Sixth Amendment, 14th Amendment as will as assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress.

WND just days ago reported on an appeal in the only conviction that resulted from the city police efforts to close down the Christian testimony.

According to the Thomas More Law Center, whose attorneys have filed the appeal with the Circuit Court for Wayne County, Mich., the city ordinances in Dearborn require that if a police officer wants his orders followed, he or she has to be acting "in the lawful performance of his duty."

However, testimony at the trial revealed that it was legal for the filming to be taking place where it was, and the law firm is arguing that a police officer "who violates the constitution rights of a private citizen is not 'acting in the lawful performance of his duty.'"

It was Nageen Mayel, 18, who was convicted in Dearborn District Court for failing to obey a police officer's order. The order had been for her to turn off the camera that she was using to film fellow Christian missionaries at the Arab Festival.

"Astonishingly, at the trial, the officer admitted that the filming by Mayel was in fact not a crime," the law firm said.

All four Christians had been charged with breach of the peace for talking about Christianity with Muslims, and all four were acquitted. Mayel's conviction was the only one to result of the police action against the Christians.

The law firm explained the officer ordered her to turn off her video camera, "then forcefully grabbed Mayel's arm and camera, placed her in handcuffs, and had her locked up in the city jail."

The issue strikes directly at the heart of what many fear is developing across the nation: Muslims being given special treatment that subjects those of other faiths to second-class status. Other Christian groups paid for booth space at the festival, officials said, and were restricted to those locations. But these four individuals, who are linked to the Acts 17 Apologetics ministry group that Wood and Qureshi founded, simply attended and talked about their faith.

Dearborn Mayor O'Reilly earlier released a five-page letter defending the police department's actions.

"The City of Dearborn has been under attack for several years by a group identifying themselves as Acts 17 Apologetics," he wrote. "They arrive in Dearborn with the intent to disrupt a local cultural festival and misrepresent facts in order to further their mission of raising funds through emotional response."

Muslims Will March On Washington Soon

As expected, Muslims across the world have started to lock arms in their quest to impose Shariah Law (Islamic Law) on all. For the most part, Muslims in America had confined this call to their barracks; I mean Mosques and Islamic conferences. Now, in a brazen display of united force, Muslims calling for the adoption of Shariah in this country plan to march near the White House on March 3rd. The leader of the pack is the U.K.’s Anjem Choudary, a Muslim cleric.

His partners, who actually believe that America will bow to Islamic Law, are NY’s “Islamic Thinkers Society”, the group who desecrate the U.S. flag.

The name of this doomed movement is Shariah4America. They rely on the verses of the Koran to support their mission. Muslims believe the Koran to be the literal words of Allah.

DEMONSTRATION: OUTSIDE WHITE HOUSE

Allah says in the Qur’an; the final revelation sent to all of mankind, “He it is who has sent the Messenger (Muhammad) with the Guidance and Deen of Truth, to make it victorious over all other ways of life even though the disbelievers hate it.” [Q 9:33]

In other words, they do not respect our differing beliefs in the least. Thoughts of Shariah should not even be entertained in America, as Shariah contradicts our rights and freedoms!

I have heard plenty of “Constitutionalists” stand up for Islam in the name of the 1st Amendment. These misinformed folks believe that Islamic law can co-exist with our Constitutional law. Does is sound like Sharia-loving Muslims care about protecting our Constitution? They only use its provisions against us, and if their movement is not stopped, they will throw the U.S. Constitution into the shredder!


One of the way Muslims attempt to lure non-Muslims into Shariah is with the Islamic welfare system. Hmm….sounds a little like Obama’s pre-election plan, doesn’t it?!


Welfare in the Islamic State The job of the Khalif (ruler of the Islamic state) is to manage the affairs of the people; therefore he is accountable for the welfare of every single citizen under his authority, whether they are Muslims or non-Muslims. All have their rights guaranteed by Islam. One of the fundamental welfare rights of the citizen is the provision of basic needs. The Prophet Muhammad said: “The son of Adam has no better right than that he would have a house wherein he may live, a piece of clothe whereby he may hide his nakedness and a piece of bread and some water.”


So the state is obliged to provide the basic food, clothing and shelter to everyone regardless of race, colour or creed. This right is not merely a by-product of the state’s economic success or a measure to satisfy the masses; rather it is a divine right that is permanent.


Unfortunately, entitlements will bring some people to Islam. Free “goodies” have a way of doing that!

1. How will the state deal with economic contracts entered into before the establishment of the state?


A. Companies controlling public properties


Some companies at present operate in areas which are recognised as public property in Islam such as oil, gas, minerals, etc. Islam considers that these properties cannot be owned by individuals or private companies and will therefore be placed under the control of the state. The original investment however will be returned to the companies. The state may then allow the companies to continue to work in the areas they have built up as an excuse on a shariah basis but must work as agents of the state on behalf of the nation.


B. Companies based on unlawful contracts.


Companies working in areas of private property and which are therefore legitimate will be examined to see if the company contracts are lawful in Islam. If the contracts are unlawful then the companies will be terminated.


C. Private ownership of public activities


Public utilities such as electricity and railways will be terminated from private companies and put under the control of the Khilafah.

Obviously Islamic Law is not about freedom, it is about total control of the human soul.

2. How will Islam deal with other countries?

A. Dar al Kufr


All other countries in the world, east to west are considered to be Dar al Kufr (The domain of disbelief) and Dar al Harb (The domain of war). Relationships with them are dictated by what Jihad demands according to the divine law and the benefit of the Muslims.


This is what jihad “demands”.


JIHAD

Jihad means to wage war against non-Muslims, and is etymologically derived from the word mujahada, signifying warfare to establish the religion.

But hey, according to Islamic Law it does not matter what us infidels want.

B. UK, France, Russia and the like.

States with whom we do not have treaties are to be considered as potential enemies, and all precautions must be taken against them. This would be the case with states like the Britain, Russia, and France. The Islamic State will not establish diplomatic relationships with them and they will not be permitted to have their embassies in our state.


This is because Islam calls for perpetual war, until we live under the boot heel of Islam.

Bukhari Volume 1, Book 2, Number 25 Hadith Narrated Ibn ‘Umar:

Allah’s Apostle said: “I have been ordered (by Allah) to fight against the people until they testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and that Muhammad is Allah’s Apostle, and offer the prayers perfectly and give the obligatory charity, so if they perform that, then they save their lives and property from me except for Islamic laws and then their reckoning (accounts) will be done by Allah.”


C. Israel


Countries which we are at war with, such as Israel, must be confronted with Jihad. Their citizens are prevented from entering the Khilafah. Islam obliges all Muslims to fight them until the land is liberated.


The Islamic scriptures also oblige Muslims to fight and kill Jews so that the Muslims may reach “judgment day”.

Muslim Hadith Book 041, Number 6985:

Abu Huraira reported Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The last hour would not come unless the Muslims will fight against the Jews and the Muslims would kill them until the Jews would hide themselves behind a stone or a tree and a stone or a tree would say: Muslim, or the servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me; come and kill him; but the tree Gharqad would not say, for it is the tree of the Jews.
